HOW TO USE
MINI PINK GUA SHA

01 · Prep

Begin on clean skin. Typically placed as a finishing step after your skincare routine (sans actives and SPF) to encourage product penetration, or as a pre-treatment step by applying a slip-rich oil and following with your usual products afterwards. You can always pat excess oil with a cloth or pad if you prefer a less dewy finish.

02 · Drain

Hold the tool in a way that feels intuitive, allowing it to lay mostly flat on the skin and move comfortably. The goal is to gently gather what may feel stagnant and guide it in the right direction to support drainage and overall flow.

Start at the center of the face and move outward using a gentle tug–tug–glide technique. Go slow and steady with light pressure. Let the skin move with you.

03 · Envision

If it feels supportive, close your eyes and tune into the sensations, rhythm, and moment to yourself. Picture guiding fluid along its natural pathways, down the neck and toward the armpits, where the body ultimately drains and clears.

Depending on the level of fluid accumulation, some may notice immediate visual shifts while others will see results build with consistency. Think– encouraging efficient flow for improved skin function and structure rather than fixing everything at once. This is how sustained results and a steady nervous system will find you.

Quick Recap–

Move from the center of the face outward toward the hairline, then down the neck to the clavicle and chest using the gentle tug–tug–glide technique.

2–5 minutes. Light pressure. Intention over force.

Gua Sha Tip–

Flip to the perforated side for more targeted gathering. This can help break up congestion and encourage movement before guiding fluid down. Also great for opening the back of the neck or stimulating scalp flow. Continue to avoid excessive force or pressure.

Lymphatic Health Tip–

The lymphatic system functions throughout the body, moving through tissue to collect and process debris. In the upper body, primary drainage centers are located in the neck and chest, which is why fluid is always guided there. Facial drainage is most effective when the shoulders are relaxed and the chest is open. When in doubt, support these areas first and stay well hydrated to encourage proper flow.
